I’m back! I spent almost 2 weeks between Berlin and Paris — will put up some pictures soon! In the meantime, there was one night I hopped on a metro in Paris, which was quite possibly the most cramped I’d ever been. Smashed against the standing poles, I got to know everyone’s hands very well– their smells, scars, rings… After that episode, the subway air smelled like a fresh spring breeze!

In the event that I couldn’t complete Who Do Voodoo on time, I wanted to do a little stop-motion backup film. So I ended up with two films in the Open Show this year!
Shot with a Canon Powershot and a limited amount of Play-Doh that wanted to have its own way! (At least the light and Curious Contraption behaved).
Here’s my latest photo series, which is composed of a collection of photos of Helping Hands (which can be acquired off of Amazon for under $10). It was my late grandpa’s, and I have much more planned for it!
This piece is 10″x60″. Drew it with NuPastel; ~8-9 hours or so. (Final for my Color and Design class!) This piece had to have rhythm, repetition and draw the eye through the piece as it progresses to the right.
