Cat and Mouse
Revisiting Once Upon a Line, though I doubt the kitty would throw a party with that mouse!
Once Upon a Line
Through paint motifs, a cat chases a mouse… a clever one at that.
Made in TVPaint during my last year at CalArts!
Also watchable on Vimeo.
Once Upon a Line update
Finished Once Upon a Line, my TVPaint warm-up-testing-getting-all-the-mistakes-out-of-the-way short!
TVPaint is a wonderful thing. Only took 3 weeks to convert me from paper to digital!
I think I’m going to hold back on uploading anything until the Open Show, so hang in there 😀

Once Upon a Line peek
I’m making a super-short short called Once Upon a Line… Getting used to TVPaint, liking it quite a lot!
I painted shirts!
I tackled two T-shirts with acrylic paint today. Take that, bland shirts!
Yes, I do commissions 🙂
Tea Time
Here’s my layout homework for this week. Assignment was to draw a coyote and a goat having tea. I’m liking the idea of making all layout homework a color adventure, and a character design one as well. It’s like… Layout/color theory/character design all rolled into one. Then again, throw in animation and that’s what [animated] filmmaking is all about!– Oh, and story too. Can’t forget that!
