Customer Service
Thank you for choosing to shop at BrightEye Studios’ Tahn-Emporium. We hope that you find your shopping experience enjoyable and that you are happy with your purchases. We appreciate questions and feedback.

Placing an Order
BrightEye Studios’ Tahn-Emporium currently accepts payments through Paypal and US Postal money orders for immediate shipment. As of this time, we do not process credit cards. Personal checks will have to clear prior to shipping.

Purchase of Design
When placing an order, you are agreeing to pay for the time and efforts put into the design of items purchased; the time spent preparing and creating items bought. Buttons are provided for free; the payment is to cover the labor that goes into the button’s design creation and stamping. By purchasing said designs, you are not the owner of the design itself, but rather agree to owning tangible buttons with the designated designs stamped within them. All designs are owned by BrightEye Studios.

Shipping Methods and Shipping Charges
All purchases will be shipped within three days of their order. In the event that your desired item is not in stock, we’ll let you know immediately when we re-stock and are able to ship your item. If we have any concerns with order fulfillment we will contact you immediately. Items ordered together will ship together.

Return Policy
If you find that your purchase has a defect of any kind upon arrival, please contact us with a description and photograph of your problem within ten days of receiving items. If found defective, item(s) will be replaced.
All buttons have been quality-tested prior to shipment.

Please see the Privacy Policy regarding personal information; we do not sell or distribute your information in any way.

Disclaimer
We do not accept any responsibility for any puncture wounds to any person or damages to fabric that may result from operating buttons. Please be careful when applying buttons!
